a1qa passes ISO/IEC 27001:2005 compliance audit

a1qa is officially ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified.

a1qa is pleased to announce, that now the company is officially ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified.  The standard confirms compliance of a1qa data security and protection management system with international requirements. 

The audit was performed by “Russian Register”, the biggest and the most recognized Russian independent certification body.  The certification was conducted in May 2013. During the certification process “Russian Register” confirmed a1qa`s strong qualifications in data security management and protection.

ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is an internationally accepted standard for Information Security management with emphasis on prevention, which provides a systematic approach and a structure for continuous process improvement as well as indicates company’s maturity in client`s information protection. It is a formalized and independent framework, which does not only enable to assess a company’s data management system correctly, but also provides an approach to evaluate, implement and maintain data security on the highest level.

ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certificate is of great importance for a1qa, as it is a firm evidence of a1qa`s expertise, skills and responsible approach for safeguarding the vulnerable client`s data and it proves the completeness and accuracy of data processing methods.
