Winning again! a1qa receives Bronze at the 11th Annual 2024 Globee® Awards for Customer Excellence
We’re thrilled to announce that a1qa has achieved the status of BRONZE GLOBEE® WINNER of the esteemed 11th Annual 2024 Globee® Awards for Customer Excellence for their outstanding performance in the Team Customer Service Excellence category.
The judging panel of Globee® Awards for Customer Excellence acknowledges outstanding achievements for businesses in client-centric initiatives across diverse industries, embracing finance, product development, sales, and marketing, among others. The program recognizes professionals who consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving innovation and setting new benchmarks of excellence.
To reach the finals in the Team Customer Service Excellence nomination, a1qa presented a project focused on aiding a US-based pest control organization to release robust software at speed.
