The Payment Service Provider project was a part of a large business project for Internet credit card payments. From the technical point of view, the system represented a web-based Java application.
The project was delivered with participation of German investors, an acquiring bank, a software development company, and a1qa performing independent QA services.
In order to improve a poorly set up QA process, the a1qa team defined QA roles and responsibilities, introduced templates, reports, and checklists.
